Boarding / Metal Stud Partitions
We can board new timber stud walls or overboard existing ceilings, walls to form a new surface to work on. There are many different types of plaster boards and thicknesses. Fire boards, moisture boards, sound boards, duplex boards to name but a few. We can recommend which boards to use and where. All screw fixed.
We can work to plan to form Metal Stud Partitions. Again there are various types which can be boarded as above for either skimming or taping. The benefits of metal stud are that the stud is always straight, unlike wood which can be bent and twisted. This gives a straight wall. Metal tend to be cheaper than wood.
